Does Serene Grace affect the item Quick Claw?

I am thinking about getting a Togekiss with Serene Grace and I was gonna train it in 252 Sp.Atk, 252 HP and 4 Sp.Def but since I wanna make up for its speed too, I was wondering if Serene Grace affects the Quick Claw other than offensive moves, Kings Rock and Razor Claw?

No. Serene Grace only applies to moves.
