What is the point in this?
Can't you just go find out yourself? It's not hard, just look for the national dex ad count up the ice types per region, and minus the ones that were in the last region.
Im making a Pokemon guide D:
^^^^^^Thats a good reason. There's a lot of people who don't know much about Pokemon
There are a tonne of Pokemon guides, including official ones. Imo you're better of making a guide video rather than written text, but even then it's probably not going to get many views unless there's some unique aspect to it.
^^^^^thats a  good point

Kalos had the least amount of Ice types, with 4.

If you're not counting Mega Pokemon, Kanto and Johto wins with 5.

Kanto (Generation 1) - 5 (Dewgong, Cloyster, Jynx, Lapras, Articuno)
Johto (Generation 2) - 5 (Sneasel, Swinub, Piloswine, Delibird, Smoochum)
Hoenn (Generation 3) - 6 (Snorunt, Glalie, Spheal, Sealeo, Walrein, Regice)
Sinnoh^^ (Generation 4) - 6 (Snover, Abomasnow, Weavile, Glaceon, Mamoswine, Froslass)
Unova (Generation 5) - 7 (Vanillite, Vanillish, Vanilluxe, Cubchoo, Beartic, Cryogonal, Kyruem)
Kalos^ (Generation 6) - 4 (Amaura, Aurorus, Bergmite, Avalugg)

^If you count Mega Glalie and Mega Abomasnow, this number would be 6.
^^If you count Rotom-F's type chance to Electric-Ice , this number would be 7.

He wanted to know how many Ice types were introduced, no how many were in each region. how many NEW Ice types. if he didn't then he worded it really badly.
