Is there a possibility of Greninja getting Heat Wave in OR/AS due to move tutors?

Question

As far as I know there were no Leaf Blade move tutors in R/S/E but in the remakes there are.
Is there a possibility? Greninja will become so OP if this is possible.
Also there was no Dragon Pulse tutor but is there a possibility of one?

It's possible.

...but highly unlikely. This is because so far no water type has ever been able to learn it. But then again, it's Gamefreak, and it's not new of them to pull of such "occasional" stunts. But as of now, we don't know.
