EVs and Exp training?

If I hatched a level 1 Sableye and then used Exp.Share to get it Exp from a Psyduck, would the Sableye gain the 1 SpAtk EV from Psyduck?

Yes

The Experience Share will share EVs as well as experience points, I have done this before.
