I recently used my AR Powersaves to get a shiny Latios gift card. There seems to be nothing wrong with it, but it tells me there is something wrong with one or more of my Pokemon when I go to play on battlespot. When I removed Latios and replaced it with Darmanitan, it was fine. Here is the moveset: Latios @ King's Rock Ability: Levitate Level: 50 Shiny: Yes EVs: 40 HP / 216 SpA / 252 Spe Timid Nature - Surf - Psyshock - Thunderbolt - Ice Beam Can someone please help me?
All of that moveset/stats seems legitimate. Chances are you probably stuffed up somewhere in the other details (e..g. Location met, ball it is in, etc.). Battle Spot will not let you use Pokemon that it deems as hacked. To check whether this is the case, try sending your Latios to pokebank. If it accepts it, then this should not be a problem. If it rejects it, then you went wrong somewhere while hacking it.
To be honest, it could be a very unnoticeable feature that the game recognizes as hacked. I had a hacked Latios in my White 2 game that I couldn't transfer into X and Y, and I still don't know what caused it to be rejected. So my advice is to simply try hacking it again. Or, preferably, go and catch a legitimate one in Black 2 and send it over to X and Y.
