Did I really find a way to find the Crescent Isle (mirage spot for Cresselia) in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire?

So I went on to the PSS and somehow only tagged 27 people for bases. Then guess what? I passed by 3 people (I don't even know how so little)! So is the range of secret bases need to get the Crescent Isle really somewhere from 28-31 or is it still unfound? It would be really cool to find out first!

My guess is that one of the people you tagged had Crescent Isle available, and as such it was transferred to you. I don't know for sure, though.

It was discoverd on smogon already, so yes you have. EDIT:meant serebii, mabye smogon to.
