What is the best pokemon to have bide?

Which means what is the best pokemon that has: bide,low defenses and high hp.(please include black and white pokemon if needed but please also write down pokemon from gen V)

Actually, Bide isn't a very good attack at all. But a good pokemon is Alomomola (165 HP, 80 Defense,45 Sp. Defense) or Wailord (170 HP, 45 Defense/Sp. Defense).
