Why doesn't anyone run Eviolite Dusclops with Hex?
Bold Nature
252 Def / 252 SDef / 4 HP
- Toxic/Will-O-Wisp
- Curse/Confuse Ray
- Pain Split
- Hex

This seems better then other builds I've found.

Thats because most people don't run Dusclops at all. And since it's attacking stats are no good, Night Shade is preferred for consistent damage.

Some reasons may be because Dusclops S.Atk is worst than its Atk, and Hex may be wasted. Also, Dusclops has horrible offensive stats in general. Its much better as a nonoffensive tank.
Also Dusknoir@Leftovers with Focus Punch, Shadow Punch, Substitute, and Ice/Fire/Thunder Punch/Pain Split is a lot better.

Mostly because of what Fated Fathom said:

Dusclops is bulky af already. Eviolite is even better. But nobody runs it because Taunt shuts it down completely.

If you mean in the game, same reasons + Aegislash. This thing is all over the ORAS metagame. And running one myself, I know this thing is lethal af and can sweep quite easily if given the right opportunity to set up.

Hope I helped!
