Whimsicott for sure.
Eviolite makes Cottonees defense go to 90 and 75 compared to whimsicotts.85 and 75.
So its not much of a boost. 2nd Whimsicott has 20 more base HP then cottonee.
3rd and most impotantly, Whimsicotts speed is wat higher then cottonees.
