Wild Pokemon natures vs. lead Pokemon nature?

Question

So let's say I have a calm slaking. I run into wild grass and encounter a poochyena. Is it true that
the poochyena's naturei s more likely to be calm?

Only the ability Synchronize can increase the chance of the same nature to a wild Pokemon

No, but if you have synchronize on a Pokemon with calm the two Pokemon can switch natures I believe.
