Breeding competitive ambipom?

Question

So ive never bred for competitive use before, so is there any good guide on how to breed IV's EV's and abilities/natures for ambipom?(or any other Pokemon) and maybe a guide for using power items?

And how do you EV train without super training?

You could try EV training with hordes instead of super training

Infect the Pokémon you want to train with Pokérus (if any of your Pokémon have it), give it a Power item/Macho Brace, and refer to the aforementioned site for the route with the right EV-giving hordes.
