I connected to the internet, but I wasn't able to see any Secret bases except mine. This is not a problem with the internet because my brother was able to find people's bases.

Maybe no bases have been saved in your game yet. Connect to the internet and wait a while. Also, every once in a while tap the BuzzNav app, and tap the mailbox thing. Then surely, secret bases will be flooding your game
