Has there been anything in a trash can since Gen V?

Question

So in B2W2, there was a medal for checking a certain number of trash cans (because Gamefreak are sadistic that way), but in Gen VI I noticed that while you can check a trash can, I haven't found any items by doing do.

Are there any items in trash cans in Gen VI?

Yep! They have to be shaking, though. Trash cans are only present in the Pokemon Village and the Lost Hotel. You can find wild Trubbish and Garbodor in the Lost Hotel cans (and Rotom on Tuesdays) and you can find wild Garbodor in the Village trash cans (and Banette on Thursdays.) You can also find a variety of items.

In the Lost Hotel cans:
