Do moves from Pokemon found in the Gen V Dream World count as Egg Moves?

Question

I was really ticked when I found that the only way Spinda can have Superpower + Contrary is through Dream World. You can't even tutor it! And Tauros only gets Sheer Force and Rock Climb through Dream World, too. I wanted to know if these moves qualify as egg moves. If they are, there's still hope of getting them through DexNav.
