What happened to my Pokemon?

I went in my pc and my starter, Swampert and my first poke in this game Swellow disappeared!
please help me and tell me how to get them back.

Pokemon don't disappear unless you bash the game card repeatedly or something.
They are somewhere in your game, look harder. Daycare, maybe?

Put them in day-care,
Poke-Bank them,
Trade them,
Release them

Did you check:

1)In Day care
2)In poke Bank
3)In other boxes in PC especially in battle box.

Or did you:

1)trade them
2)release them.
