The owner of the PC boxes?

In Black and White who is the owner of the PC boxes, and where can you find him/her/it? In my game it still says "Someone's" PC.

Well yeah he is but you can't find him in the game so I have to find the person he left it in charge to.

Her name is "Amanita" and she is Fennel's assistant. You can talk to her in Striaton City, upstairs in the building to the right of the town.
