Eviolite bergmite or avallugg?

Which is bulkier? Running rapid spin/avalanche/recover/curse, who should I use?

I would suggest using Toxic>curse, status spreading is more useful as Avalugg (/Bergmite) switches alot to get rid of hazards, and only stays in on physical attackers or to recover/spin. Mirror coat is also an option, but rather gimmicky at best.

Bergmite @Eviolite:
Max Defense: 443
Max Special Defense: 278

I'd highly recommend Avalugg over Eviolite Bergmite. Although Bergmite's Special Defense is slightly higher than Avalugg's, 278 Special Defense is pretty useless....
