Is Diglett Over Powered?

SO this really confused me I was on the diglett page and saw this as a pokedex entry

Y	Its skin is very thin. If it is exposed to light, its blood heats up, causing it to grow weak.

so does this mean that Diglett should e completely Over Powered?

No. There's one simple explanation: the pokedex is weird, and sometimes says stuff that contrasts with the game. That entry may make it seem like Diglett should be good, but it has weak base stats, and isn't very special. The pokedex has said some crazy things, and this is one of them.

No. Of course not. You clearly didn't read that correctly. (not to be mean) The entry itself says its blood heats up, causing it to grow weak. I don't see why this would make you think it's overpowered. In fact, this would really make Diglett underpowered.

EDIT: I agree with TheBlackEmpoleon, also, he's right. GameFreak does contrast with the game sometimes.
