Can you view past trades in soul silver?

Question

I have not played my game in a while but when I did play it my pokedex said I had caught a mewtwo and rayquaza, but I cannot find them on any of my games, and I wish to know if I traded them. I cannot find them anywhere so I was hoping this may shed some light on my confusion. So is there ANY WAY to look at my trade history?!

You Cannot view your past trades on HGSS anymore
The Wi-Fi for DS has been Shut down and the The GTS website is no longer in function, the GTS Website allowed you to see trades and statistics just like GL lets you see your trades on ORAS and XY
