I need a good rain dancer for my oras wifi battling team. I already have a Dragonite that abuses rain so I need a rain dancer now. By the way, I only have Dragonite in my team as of right now.

Friend, you don't even need a Rain Dancer.

What you need is one of our handy Drizzle users! As of now the only candidate is Politoed, but that is a-okay! He can be bulky, he can be speedy, it's up to you! I will assume that this is Single Battles, but tell me if it is otherwise.

Politoed@ Leftovers
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Calm Nature
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Fake Out
- Protect

Come in, let Drizzle happen, maybe Fake Out, then get out. Scald spreads Burns, is STAB and is boosted by Rain. Ice Beam lets you handle the likes of Mega Salamence and Landorus more easily. Protect lets you scout for attacks or nab some Leftovers recovery.

I would say that Poli here is your swellest Rain setter available. Since he and Dragonite share an Electic weakness I would suggets adding a strong Ground type like Landorus to soak up the lightning. Disregard this, as MechSteelix pointed out Dragonite doesn't have an Electric weakness. Politoed actually now serves as a better partner for Drgonite, switching into resisted Ice attacks.

I really need to stop over simplifying my answers.. XD
Hehe XD
Dragonite doesn't have an Electric Weakness? It's part Dragon, so it resists the Electric weakness from its Flying type.
Whoops, forgot that xD
Yes, yes it's single battles.

Everyone posted up Politoed, so I wanted to show something different.

Electrode@Damp Rock
Ability: Aftermath
Electrode
Bulky Spread: 248 HP / 252 Spd /8 Def or 8 Sp. Def
OR
Special Attacker: 252 Spd / 252 Sp. Atk / 4 HP
Modest/Timid Nature

Moveset:

  • Taunt
  • Thunder
  • Rain Dance
  • Volt Switch

Electrode is an amazing anti-lead! First use Taunt to cripple any hazard setters. Then use Rain Dance to get up Rain weather up. Thunder is great STAB and has amazing accuracy under Rain. Volt Switch is good for switching out. I'd recommend the Bulky Spread because it enables Electrode to set up Rain more often.

Zapdos@Damp Rock
Ability: Pressure
Zapdos
EVs: 248 HP / 240 Sp. Def / 20 Spd
Modest / Gentle Nature
Moveset:
- Rain Dance
- Thunder
- Roost
- U-turn / Volt Switch

This Rain Dancer is somewhat different. First you set up Rain Dance. Thunder is there for obvious reasons. Roost gives nice recovery. Here's the dilemma: You can either run U-turn, so that you won't be blocked by Ground-types (but it does less damage). You could also go with Volt Switch for more damage (but you'll be blocked by Ground-types). It's your choice. Note that you should go with Gentle Nature if you're going for U-turn and Modest for Volt Switch.

Thundurus@Damp Rock
Ability: Prankster
Thundurus
EVs: 200 HP / 252 Sp. Atk / 56 Spd
Modest/Timid Nature
Moveset:

  • Taunt
  • Rain Dance
  • Volt Switch / Hidden Power [Ice]
  • Thunder Wave / Thunder

This set is quite similar to the Electrode set. It's another great anti-lead with Taunt (priority because of Prankster). Rain Dance also gets priority! Volt Switch has amazing STAB and can switch out to another Poke. Hidden Power [Ice] provides coverage. Thunder Wave is a good support move and Thunder has amazing damage and accuracy under rain. It's your choice.

Note: I'm not sure if some of these Pokes are available in OR/AS, so you'll have to transfer from previous generations.

Hope I helped!

+1 for originality.
Thanks! Even though I didn't really make it myself (:P), my friend offered this set to me when i was making my weather teams. I just edited the spreads and movesets a bit..
By the way, I don't use legendaries.
...
it isn't like they're in ubers or something.
*facepalms* just because it's Legendary doesn't mean it's a god! There are weak Legendaries too! (no offence Mech)
I'm confused.
I didn't say that the Legendaries were "god".
I just meant that they're in OU, so they're aren't as good as the Ubers legendaries.
???
Oops, I misread the comment. I thought it read "aren't they [Legendaries]  in Ubers or something?" (I was very tired). And I wasn't directing my response at you, I was directing it at Infersome. Sorry for the confusion!

I'd recommend a Pokemon whose ability is Drizzle, instead of using Rain Dance.

Politoed

Politoed

The Pokémon makes it rain when it enters a battle.

This is Politoed's Hidden Ability, hopefully this'll be useful to you
