Well...you see some omy friends hate pokemon and they kept calling them naked animals.And yes,while animals are usually naked,i still need back up on the argument you see.Also i know there are non animal Pokemon.(wow i sound so childish)That and also that im curious XD

Cubone, Marowak, Mr.Mime, Slowking, Ludicolo, Hariyama, Jirachi, Mime Jr., and Darkrai
The kinda ones kind of look like they're wearing clothes.

-Oricorio Pa'u Style (Wearing skirt)
-Ribombee (Wearing scarf)
-Raboot (Wearing hoodie)
-Cinderace (Wearing soccer uniform)
-Mr. Rime (Wearing hat and suit)
-Calyrex/Calyrex-Ice Rider/Calyrex-Shadow Rider (Wearing cape)

Kinda:
-Incineroar (Wearing belt)
-Silvally (Wearing helmet)
-Urshifu-Rapid Strike/Urshifu-Single Strike (Seems to be wearing a sort of costume)
