So I was fishing and after consecutive fishing, I found a Feebas and I wanted to know what was the chance of finding one. By the way, if it's possible to put the chance of finding one under a chain of 40 because I swear it was around 20-25. Thanks in the future. I don't want the 4096 answer, I want the number for finding one out of the rarity from the others :P :)

The chances of finding a shiny Feebas are the same chances of finding any other shiny Pokemon, 1 out of every 8192. You can, however, increase your chances of finding a shiny Pokemon (or Feebas in this case) by getting the Shiny Charm, which you get after you complete the National PokéDex (that means you catch every single possible Pokémon between every game excluding a few legendaires, a total of 718 Pokémon) you can go talk to Professor Birch in Littleroot. He’ll congratulate you and give you a Shiny Charm, which increases your chances of encountering shiny Pokémon in the wild by 300 percent. In other words, your odds of running into a shiny increase to about one in 2,730.
