Can you transfer Abilities through Breeding?

I looked along here as much as possible but could not find a direct answer to my question. I want to transfer Pure Power from one Pokemon and breed it on my Absol in place of Super Luck. Can this be done? If not, I know Hidden Ability can be transferred, so that would have to be my second route (if a Pokemon even has Huge Power as a Hidden Ability). As you can tell, I'm currently trying to create my 'perfect' partner Pokemon.

Abilitys can only be transfered if the Pokemon has it as it's own standard ability(1rst or 2nd mostly). 80% of the time the mother will transfer the ability. If breeding with a ditto the 80% will be the non ditto. Hidden abilities can never be transfered except when it is on the same Pokemon. For example a Squirtle with rain dish can transfer it to an other Squirtle but not to an Pokemon in the same eggroup like a Lotad.

You can not transfer abilities to a Pokemon that can not naturally have that ability (i.e. Pure Power can not be bred onto Absol)
