Does breeding pass abilities?

Question

If I breed a female krookodile with a male primeape with anger point ability, will the ability pass to the sandile ?

If the female has a Dream World ability then there is a 60% chance that an egg will have that ability. However, a male with that ability (from DW or not) can never pass it to a female Pokemon (same nor different species).

No, abilities can never pass through pokemon. The only way to get that ability is through the dream world.
