Where can I find the energy ball TM in ORAS?

I'm trying to make a "good" Chandelure but I can't find the TM energy ball and I have no idea where it could be so please could someone help me?

You can find it in the Safari Zone.

You do however, need,

• The Acro Bike
• The Mach Bike [Yup, both of them]
• HM Surf
