Is there an item that determines genders for breeding?

I'm trying to breed a Pokemon with a certain gender. Is there an item that determines gender so I can breed?

Great question. I wonder if something like this will eventually be introduced.

No, there isn't. Certain species have a higher chance of being one gender than the other, but there is no item or method that can gurantee a gender, unless the species can only be be of one gender (Such as Sawk).
