PokéBase - Pokémon Q&A

Since people often use Calm Mind on Special tanks with high physical defense (such as Slowbro and Mega Sableye), I was wondering if any Pokemon could do the opposite.
EDIT: I would also like to know if any of these Pokemon could use 50% recovery moves or Drain Punch, so they could be potential stalls like Slowbro and Mega Sableye.

I'm pretty sure that people use Calm Mind on Special Sweepers with High Sp. Def
And that people use Bulk Up on Physical sweepers with High Def.

EDIT:

They invest more EVs in the stat that is not boosted. For example, for Musharna, you would invest more in Def then Sp. Def cuz you're going to boost it by Calm Mind. However, Musharna's base Sp. Def is higher than its base Def.

For this I'm using anything with a base Spdef of 90 or Higher
Dialga
Gallade(Drain Punch)
Groudon
Hitmonlee
Hitmontop
Mewtwo(Drain Punch
Palkia
Poliwrath(Drain Punch)
Rayquaza
Scrafty(Drain Punch)

As for the best ones for Bulking Up I would say Scrafty and Gallade.

Hope I Helped.

The rest dont learn a reliable recovery move besides rest

Well, I personally like using Sub-Bulk Up GoGoat, here's the set.

Gogoat @ Leftovers
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bulk Up
- Horn Leech
- Substitute
- Earthquake

You can also use some oddball Groudon sets in Ubers, 252 SpD 252 HP Making it a nice sponge for an offensive team, Or maybe even a Specially Defensive Scrafty.
