Can I still get it? Where's bug buzz for flygon?

I'm making a special move set for my modest nature flygon. I have Draco meteor earth power and flamethrower. All I'm missing is bug buzz. Only problem is that when I went to the move relearner bug buzz wasn't there. Do I have to raise another trapinch or is there a way?

You will have to breed another Trapinch. The Only way to get a Flygon with Bugbuzz is to use a Heartscale on Vibrava as it Learns Bugbuzz at level 29.
