Is the Prison Bottle currently available in OR/AS?

Question

Hoopa Confined Form has been released to the public already but is there any viable way to obtain the Prison Bottle currently. ( NOTE: Look at the date beforehand before posting answers in the future; Thank you!)

It is available, but only if you have Hoopa

In oras with Hoopa in your party go into any Poke mart and talk to the clerk standing next to the
counter. He tells you a story then gives you the prison bottle. It's in Key Items.Use it on Hoopa
and it'll become Unbound.
