Is soundproof Bastiodon any good in competitive?

I personally don't think so, since most of the attacking sound moves are resisted by Bastiodon anyway... but I don't know other than that, really :/

No, likely not.

The only notable sound-based moves are Hyper Voice, Boomburst, Bug Buzz, a crapton of low-accuracy status moves, Roar, and Perish Song. Imo you're better off pulling some Sturdy WP shenanigans or Stealth Rock with all of those weaknesses and that awful Speed stat.
