What happens if outrage is nullified by wonder guard in gen 3?

Say Raquaza uses outrage on Shedinja. How many turns will it last? Will it confuse Rayquaza?

Outrage just ends, sort of like Rollout missing. If Rayquaza was on its first turn of using Outrage, it wouldn't get confused. But if Rayquaza was on its second or third turn, then yes, it would get confused.
