Where do I catch Mewtwo in Pokémon Omega Ruby?

I do not know where to find Mewtwo in Omega Ruby and I have defeated the Pokemon League two times. Can somebody please help me? Thank you.

You can't. You'd have to transfer from FRLG, HGSS, or XY or wait for an event.

You cannot catch Mewtwo in Pokemon OR/AS. The only way to get Mewtwo is to trade it from X/Y or transfer it from FireRed/LeafGreen or HeartGold/SoulSilver.
