Tanky or Speedy Feraligatr?

Question

Right now my Feraligatr has the following build:

Feraligatr @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 160 SpD / 96 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Waterfall
- Ice Punch
- Crunch

At first, it had 248 Speed EVs, but it died to scarfed Hydreigon often so I gave it SpD EVs to tank Draco Meteor. However, it gets outspeed a lot now, the the rest of my team is also pretty slow. (Half of my team has a Speed stat lower than 200) I do, however, have Trick Room but it can't always be up. I don't want to have an entire team of slowpokes, but I also want to be able to tank Draco Meteor and Volt Switch better. Please help me.

Baton pass Ninjask, he has the speed boost ability, then at level 40 something (45 I think) he learns swords dance making it a fast pace killing machine. I baton pass Ninjask with Zangoose as of his low defense. If you want some good defense then get solrock (you have to breed to get baton pass with him I think) then use rock polish and calm mind which would boost your defense and attack in one turn if you use calm mind. These are some suggestions and I still haven't even completed the game lol. So yeah I hope I helped.
BTW shedninja learns baton pass at lv. 35
