Should I prefer Flame plate or charcoal ?

Sky plate or sharp beak?
I mean what is best: arceus plates or type items ?

Actually, you shouldn't use the plates but instead use the other items (unless this is Arceus or the random Smeargle with Judgement). This is because the other items do not do as much damage when flung. This prevents the rare person who uses Trick and Fling.
