Huntail EV training, please help ORAS?

Question

I am ev training a lvl 1 huntail, it has 252 evs for attack and speed. The rest are HP.

It is only level 13, what do I do now? Do I just keep levelling up normally?

I'm assuming that you are done EV training Huntail and now it's level 13.
Since you're done, level it up normally, it won't really matter now anyways. Your EVs will take effect naturally.
