I talked to a guy in Opelucid City and he say's his fathers name was Bach and that he needs a pokemon from White that knows charge. Is this specific or just any? Please help.
It just has to be a pokemon from the other version who knows charge. just go to chargestone cave and catch a klink as they almost always know charge.
