Chance of critcal hits?

If I have a Murkrow with Super Luck holding a razor claw, what are the critcal hit chances?

That was in Gen 1, since then it has been based on fixed percentage chances.

Normally, the critical hit chance is 6.25%, Super Luck and the Razor Claw combined raise the chance of a critical hit by two stages.
A +2 critical hit ratio is equal to critical hits happening 1/4 of the time, or 25%.
