What does "Pokemon Link is full" mean on Pokemon Bank?

Everytime I use Bank it gives me this :-

Pokemon Link (ID NO *****) is full.
Please receive the previous present via Pokemon Link in your Game Card.
Even though a new present is waiting for you, you won't be able to receive it this time.

Where do I go and what to do?

Your Pokemon Link is full. (Pokemon Link is a feature in XY/ORAS where you get Poke Miles and stuff.)

To resolve, go into ORAS, select Pokemon Link at the main menu, and claim whatever is on there.
