Can light screen and occa berry stack??

Like, if someone used fire blast when light screen was up, and the mon had occa berry, would it be 1/4 damage?

Yes, they do. The Special Defence buff from Light Screen and resistance from the Occa Berry are two different factors. Supposing I had a Roserade behind Light Screen, and an Infernal used Fire Blast, the Occa Berry would still activate because Light Screan does not change the attack's type.
