Do the moves Light Screen and Reflect half Mirror Coat and Counter damage?

Example: A Sigilyph uses Light Screen on one turn. The next turn, Sigilyph uses Psychic on a Pokemon capable of using Mirror Coat.(Milotic) The opposing Pokemon uses Mirror Coat on the turn Sigilyph used Psychic. Since Light Screen would be in effect, does it, halve the damage of Mirror Coat?

Mirror Coat, Counter, and Metal Burst don't call the damage formula, so screens have nothing to do against them even though they may be of the right move category.
