Slowbro can also work, but it's more suited to a bulky pivot with Teleport + Future Sight. The loss of Heavy-Duty Boots in favor of Light Clay also hurts.

Slowbro @ Light Clay
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Reflect
- Light Screen

For a screen setter, I’d recommend Grimmsnarl because of it’s access to prankster and both screens.
Grimmsnarl@Light Clay
Grimmsnarl
Ability:Prankster
Nature:Adamant
EVs:252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
•Taunt/Fake Out
•Reflect
•Light Screen
•Sucker Punch

You could also try Alolan Ninetales for Aurora Veil.

Ninetales-Alola@Light Clay
Ninetales
Ability:Snow Warning
Nature:Timid
EVs:252 SpA/252 Spe/4 HP
•Aurora Veil
•Blizzard
•Moonblast
•Psyshock

You could also try Tapu Koko

Tapu Koko@Light Clay
Tapu Koko
Ability:Electric Surge
Nature:Jolly
EVs:252 HP/252 Spe/4 Atk
•Taunt
•Light Screen
•Reflect
•Wild Charge

Hope this helps!

Regieleki @ light clay
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid nature
- volt switch
- reflect
- light screen
- rapid spin
I'd say this is the second-best screen user in OU, after Tapu Koko. It's the fastest Pokemon in the whole game, so its screens are usually put to use immediately (unlike the slower screen users, which often waste one of their 8 turns because nobody moves after they set their screen). Volt switch lets you switch to whichever sweeper you want after you see what the opponent switches to. Rapid spin removes hazards.

Clefable

Clefable @ Light Clay
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Calm Nature
- Seismic Toss / Toxic
- Soft-Boiled
- Light Screen
- Reflect

The reason why you don't see a lot of Light Screen and Reflect Clefable is because it has better moves, such as Stealth rock, Moonblast, Wish, Knock off, Aromatherapy, Heal Bell, Thunder Wave, Teleport and Trick. Though it still works as a Screen setter, it just has better options.

Tapu Fini

Tapu Fini @ Light clay
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Defog
- Moonblast / Scald

Tapu Fini is in the same situation as Clefable; it has better moves. Haze, Taunt, Toxic, and Calm Mind are notable examples. Light Screen and Reflect also work, just not as effectively.

Blissey

Blissey (F) @ Light Clay
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Soft-Boiled
- Toxic

Blissey actually utilizes this set better than Tapu Fini and Clefable. You do have to give up Stealth Rock, but I think that it's a fair trade.

Grimmsnarl

Grimmsnarl @ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 92 HP / 252 Atk / 164 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Taunt
- Spirit Break

Though Grimmsnarl isn't in OU, its your best option. This set is even recommended by Smogon.
