How many potions do I need to use to max eevees happiness???

Question

I need to know because I plan to evolve my eevee into an umbreon. I used 10 potions so how much more do I need to use max eevees happiness?

P.S. Im playing crystal

Potions dont increase happiness in Gen II, so I'm afraid that your efforts were all for naught. However, there are other ways to raise your eevees happiness, like

• Going to the haircut brothers in goldenrod
• Feeding it a vitamin
• Battling a gym leader
• Walking 256 steps
