No, the top brass shut down all WiFi compatibility for any games older than X and Y. If you want to trade your Pokémon from Pearl you'll have to first transfer them up to a Gen 6 game. Sorry about that :( However, you are able to trade locally with another Gen IV game via the Union Room.
