Are there any sightseers that have Pokemon that don't have regional variants?

I've noticed the sightseer trainer class has only Pokemon with regional variants. (Rattata, Raichu etc.) What I was wondering was are there any Pokemon that don't have regional variants (For example Cloyster and Dragonite.) and if there are, what Pokemon do they use that don't have regional variants and which trainers are they.

I doubt it. As far as I can tell from in-game, they only have Kanto non-Alolan forms.

I think I remember facing both Cloyster and Dragonite from the same NPC, but I'm not too sure.

Sightseer Marcus has an Exeggcute (though Exeggcute can later evolve into Alolan Exeggutor).
