What are all the returning characters in Sun and Moon?

From what I've seen, a lot of characters from older generations have come to return for Sun and Moon. What's the full list of all of them though? I'm curious.

There are Colress, Looker, Anabel, Grimsley, Red, and Blue that I know. For some reason I seem to remember Wally being there too, bu that might be just confusion on my part.

I also heard Kukui's wife, Burnet, is also a returning character. From a spin-off game, apparently.
