Where do you get Life Orb, Muscle Band, Wise Glasses in XY, ORAS, and BW2?

I need these items for Competitive play and trading. Please give me the locations for all of the games I stated in the title.

I know that in X any there's items are only available in the battle mansion unless they are a hidden item somewhere I can't find. With oras I'm 90% shure these items are in the same location but when I've never played black and white so I can't help you with those
