How to get Type: Null & Silvally for Living Dex?

Question

I want a Living Dex for the next gen, but I'm not entirely sure how I'll be able to do that considering the fact Type: Null evolves into Silvally but can't breed, thus meaning I can't have one of each.

There's the same problem with Cosmog and Cosmoem, able to evolve but can't breed.

Is there any legitimate tip that will allow me to have one of each?

You can ask for one on the GTS, or trade with a friend to get 2. Also, getting to games and trading is an option. But otherwise, I see no other way. Hope I helped!
