Suicune and Lugia are my Favourite Tanks that I use in OU and Ubers. What are some other Pokemon that are Tanky like them and have good Defensive stats? Take Suicune and Lugia for Example.

by
By the Showdown! usage stats, the best OU tank is Toxapex and the best Ubers tank is Zygarde.
do you like them because of there design, stats or both
Personally, I like Lugia because it's all around a good Pokemon to have in a battle; Lugia is an insane force to be reckoned with.
It's still not as good as Zygarde.

It's been mentioned but Toxapex

Toxapex @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Def / 56 SpA / 200 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Recover / Sludge Wave
- Toxic / Toxic Spikes
- Haze

Scald is to spread burns on more physically inclined teams, which also has the effect of making Toxa ungodly bulky. Recover helps even more to longevity, though honestly isn't really needed with regenerator, but is helpful if you're not able to switch often (like if you're being hazard stacked). Toxic or TSpikes are there to help destroy more defensive teams by limiting how long they can stay in for. Haze is a backup plan versus set up sweepers. The real beauty with Toxapex is how hard it is to wear down over time. Regen + Recover means it's almost always healthy and is largely unaffected by weather or hazards. It can't be poisoned either, and the burn nerf means it doesn't harm it much.

Buzzwole

Buzzwole @ Life Orb / Leftovers
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bulk Up
- Leech Life
- Hammer Arm
- Ice Punch

Buzzwole is an amazing physical tank. Bulk Up just accentuates it being a tank, letting it sponge more physical damage. Leech Life is your main move as it will deal solid damage and increase longevity. Also if you're going LO with Buzz then you'll want leech life for sure to heal up the recoil. Hammer Arm > Superpower because Buzz's point here is to tank, not to outspeed, so the speed drop shouldn't mean much. Ice Punch is Lando coverage, though Poison Jab, Thunder Punch and Stone Edge are all viable coverage moves.

I don't know much about Ubers but I did some research and apparently Arceus-Water is newly viable now so I picked on that.

Arceus-Water @ Splash Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 248 HP / 204 Def / 56 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Ice Beam
- Toxic
- Defog
- Recover

Set taken from here because I couldn't be bothered working it out. Credit where credit is due. Sorry for being lazy with this last one but oh well.

My favorite is Blissey. She can withstand almost any move at level 100, heal status problems with aromatherapy, and is available in many tiers. Just Give her a Metronome and Rollout or Double Slap. Pyukumuku is a somewhat okay tank if you give it Innards Out, Rocky Helmet, Baton Pass, and Substitute. Steelix is a better idea than Pyukumuku, because it has Rocky Head, Double Edge, 60 HP, and some pretty decent Defence. If you use soak on Shedninja, it will only have two weakness (one if you have a Pokemon with Lightning Rod). Put that with X-Scissor to get rid of those Grass Types, and Aromatherapy to get rid of indirect damage. Togekiss has a good base HP, Def, and SpD

First, Blissey is outclassed by Chansey because of eviolite, and Chansey can do almost everything Blissey can do. Even with the eviolite, Chansey still can't take almost any move. Most physical sweepers will damage it faster than it can heal. Rollout is almost always a bad move. In this case, when it locks the user for five turns, it can't heal itself. Even with the metronome, Chansey's/Blissey's low physical attack will cause it to do almost nothing. Steelix tends to not work because it's weak to fire and water, and special attacks of those types are quite common. Additionally, it has no reliable way of healing. Shedinja has one HP, so entry hazards, weather, status ailments, and leech seed easily destroy it. If you want to combine it with soak and aromatherapy, you'd have to play doubles, which is very offense-biased. Whatever support it was supposed to have would get defeated quickly.

Legendaries and Cosmoem (High Def and Spec. Def), and the tapus probably

According to Smogon, Victini is only good as an all-out attacker and Kommo'o is only good as a sweeper. They both can't reliably heal themselves and they have too many weaknesses.
Just edited the answer
A tank is meant to take hits and hit back. Cosmoem has a lot of trouble with the "hit back" part. Also, saying "legendaries" is probably not specific enough to be helpful.
Lol not all of the Legendaries are Tanks.
Also, who uses Cosmoem? It completely useless and no one will use it, even with Eviolite. It only learns Cosmic Power and no attacking moves or Baton Passing. Splash and Teleport are completely useless. The Tapus serves different roles. Tapu Lele being Special Sweeper and Tapu Bulu being physical sweeper.
Cosmoem can be used as a PP waster, though (if that even is a thing)
Almost never, because most walls can already do that and a lot of other things, so it's expensive to use one slot on the team just for PP stalling.
