How to breed N's Zoura's perfect IV's on to an offspring?

I want to know how to do this because I'm hunting for a shiny Zoura. I heard you have to use a Destiny Knot but I'm not sure how to do it.

Give a destiny knot to N's Zorua and breed it with another Pokemon with perfect IVs.
> If held by a Pokémon in Day Care, five of the parents' combined twelve IVs will be passed down to the child.
