If it ignores Repels, then is it only Swarm, or does it affect more abilities such as Arena Trap. Or Magnet Pull?

Swarm, arena trap, and illuminate are multipliers. When you multiply 0 by a number, it's still 0. Magnet pull and static only work when you encounter a Pokemon, which wouldn't happen if the repel was working. However, I didn't answer because I wasn't completely sure.

From Pokémon Emerald onwards, if a Pokémon with Swarm is in the first place in the party (even if fainted), the chance of encountering wild Pokémon is doubled. It shares this trait with Illuminate and Arena Trap. In Pokémon Emerald, this Ability also increases the frequency that cries of wild Pokémon are heard in the overworld.

And if repels make the encounter rate 0, then you won't find anything because 0 x 2 = 0. Unless your Pokemon up front is a lower level than the Pokemon in the wild, in which the repel won't work unless you switch to a higher level Pokemon.

So therefore, Swarm(and its "counterparts") do not ignore repels
